Once a student enrolls in any course, the fees paid are generally non-refundable under normal circumstances. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of our academic planning, resource allocation, and commitment to serious learners. However, we understand that certain situations may arise which are beyond anyone’s control. Therefore, exceptions may be considered only in rare and genuine cases such as a serious or critical medical condition, permanent relocation to another country, or shifting residence to another state, where continuing the course becomes practically impossible.
In such cases, the student or parent must submit a formal refund request along with valid supporting documents, such as medical reports, relocation proof, or any other relevant evidence. Each request will be carefully reviewed and verified to ensure its authenticity. Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee approval, as every case is evaluated individually based on its merits. If the request is found to be genuine and is approved after proper verification, then only 50% of the course fee will be refunded. This partial refund policy is applicable to balance administrative, academic, and operational considerations. All decisions regarding refunds will be taken solely at the discretion of the management, and the final decision will be binding.
